Proven experience as a Manager or Track Supervisor in the railroad industry (Ideally 10-15+ years of railroad experience).

Skilled in Microsoft Office Applications (Outlook, Excel, Word)

High knowledge of railroad track construction, maintenance, and inspection practices.

Excellent communication skills to prepare detailed reports and collaborate with teams effectively.

Bachelors degree, High school diploma or equivalent

Understanding of federal (Transport Canada) railroad-specific (CP/CN) regulations pertaining to railroad safety and compliance.

At least 5 years of experience in low rise residential construction, with a strong background in project management and site supervision.

Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and manage a team of subcontractors and other workers.

Manage all aspects of the construction site, including scheduling, budgeting, and quality control.

Collaborate with project managers and other team members to identify and resolve any issues that may arise during the construction process.

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and find innovative solutions to complex issues.

5 years experience in multi story residential construction

Estimate the materials and labour, plan for the day, week and monthly work targets

Develop project schedule and track project progress on daily, weekly and monthly basis

Review construction drawings, project spec and coordinate contractors and ensure timely action

Deliver the project on time

Coordinate with project owner, Architect and Design team
