1-2 years of recent experience and working knowledge of just in time inventory systems

You are a team player with excellent communication, critical thinking and prioritization skills

Comprehensive knowledge of medical/surgical supplies from a patient care or stores setting is essential

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Proficient computer and typing skills

Ensure weekly and monthly accounting deadlines are met by the EFC cost centers and the finance team.

Train new system users and operational managers/administrators on inventory and invoicing related process when required.

Minimum of three years of related experience.

Intermediate knowledge of accounting systems and internal controls.

Demonstrate ability to accurately calculate, post, correct and manage accounting figures.

Sound analytical thinking, planning, prioritization, and execution skills.

5-10 years of experience in full-cycle accounting specifically payables and receivables

Excellent written and oral communication skills

Solid computer skills, including MS Office Suite, Business Vision, etc.

Advanced knowledge of Excel and its functions

Associates degree with at least one year of related experience

Produce consistent, accurate work with minimal errors

Previous manufacturing or industrial work experience;

Move ingredients from receiving dock to storage area;

Bring ingredients from storage to the shipping department;

Bring supplies to the shipping area and production area throughout the day;

Verify and validate that ingredients are placed in the right place;
