Ringing in orders and handling payments

Helping expedite orders while keeping work areas meticulously tidy

Working diligently to prepare key ingredients for lunch and dinner service while maintaining immaculately clean work stations

Working alongside fellow Team Members during busy lunch and dinner rushes to assemble and plate our dishes with consistency

Superior organizational and time management skills, ability to effectively manage competing priorities and work under pressure

Finance Clerk (hybrid - full time role)

Support other accounting/finance functions, e.g., creating accruals, analyzing revenue, analyzing doctor payment, assist with month-end close

Strong knowledge of billing and payment cycles

Ability to read and interpret sales contracts and related legal documents in a finance/accounting role

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Coordinate meetings for the Deputy CIO and Executive Management Team

The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, customer service and collaborative mentality, and outstanding organizational skills

Undergraduate degree/diploma or 5+ years’ work experience in a similar position required

Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

Excellent interpersonal skills and professionalism
