Provides overall project schedule, progress measurement, and change management leadership and expertise

Analyze progress, schedule trends, and develop forecasts to support management decision making

Bachelors of Science Degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology or Construction Management

Ensure that contractor schedule reflects / align with external schedule requirements and interfaces such as permitting and regulatory

Prior oil and gas industry experience preferred

Experience in Project Controls, Project Services and/or Planning/Scheduling

Build the Canada insights and analytics capabilities including infrastructure and processes to support the launch of Albrioza in Canada

Manage multiple partners to produce deliverables on strategy within timelines and budget

Support other data requirements such as Comp planning, inventory and forecasting support

Pharmaceutical/Biotech or Lifesciences experience a must

Excellent oral, written, and presentation skills--able to explain complex concepts clearly to a variety of audiences

Advanced knowledge & application of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)

Strong organizational and time management skills, with an attention to detail;

Experience within the transportation/logistics industry required;

Excellent proactive communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills;

Computer skills are essential (MS Office);

Passionate about relationship building, customer service, and problem solving;

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced industry;

Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or equivalent experience in Business Analytics and/or Planning

5+ years of experience in Demand Planning and/or Sales & Operations Planning

Strong analytical, organization, decision making, written and verbal communication and presentation skills across all organizational levels

Demonstrated deep business and analytical skills

Solid interpersonal skills to build and maintain favorable relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

This is a remote position working within the US or Canada.

Strong project management, analytical, research and informative thinking skills.

Direct Policy/Regulatory/Evaluation/Marketing related job experience in Demand Side Management (DSM) would be an asset.

Assist with project management towards ensuring on time / on budget delivery of specified projects.

Demonstrated experience/skills in Excel, Power BI, or other database tools.

2+ years of experience in energy/energy conservation and the policy and legislative

Excellent written and oral communication skills.

Experience in supporting planning, policy or performance management using qualitative and quantitative data

Skilled in project management, with strong organizational and time management skills

Knowledge and experience in leading data collection, data analysis, methodology development, modeling (e.g. forecasting models, scenario planning) is required

Intermediate to advanced knowledge of R and/or Python

Proven analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills

Strong team player with track record of collaboration and experience working as part of an agile team

Excellent verbal, written, communication and presentation skills
