Overview The Food Operations Manager 2 is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a food service facility. This includes managing staff, developing menus, ordering supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Food Operations Manager 2 is also responsible for ensuring that the facility is in compliance with all health and safety regulations. Detailed Job Description The Food Operations Manager 2 is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of a food service facility. This includes managing staff, developing menus, ordering supplies, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Food Operations Manager 2 is also responsible for ensuring that the facility is in compliance with all health and safety regulations. The Food Operations Manager 2 is also responsible for developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure the efficient and effective operation of the facility. The Food Operations Manager 2 is also responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills

• Knowledge of food service operations and regulations

Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management or related field
• At least 5 years of experience in food service management
• ServSafe certification
