2 or more years of experience with production and packaging in the food industry is strongly preferred

Starting hourly rate is $24.25* with progressive increases over 3 years to current top rate of $28.29*

Unload, store, open, and dump green coffee beans into the receiving silos

Ensure the proper quantity and type of green coffee bean is always available from the silos

Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical or Chemical) with at least 5-10 years relevant design and project management experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills and experience collaborating with all levels of the organization.

Ensuring that all aspects of an operation or process meet specified requirements.

Works within all regulatory requirements.

Gather and document project requirements.

Manage project scope, cost and schedule.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Requirement to work in clean room areas and laboratory setting up to 90% of the time.

Working experience with cGMP and GLP

Experience working in ISO Cleanroom environments

Adhere to GMP and ISO13485 quality systems

Prepare the line clearance before and after production

•Good communication and management skills

•Self-management, self-coaching, skills are essential.

•Experience in on site project management, packaged goods, consumer products environment.

•Perform active change management towards the client or contractors in terms of contract deviations.

•Vendor and punch list management.

PMP, Six Sigma, Food Manufacturing, Food Processing, Construction Management

Identifies fabric characteristic and if fabric is right side; this requires basic knowledge of different fabrics

Loads the required materials onto the cutting table using the proper lifting devices and assistance as required

Stages cut material pieces in supermarket and in appropriate product line

Verifies fabric usage before cutting, and ensures fabric is right side-up

Verifies marker positions and part numbers for the product against manufacturing/sales order

Lays up fabric in accordance with markers ensuring correct number of layers and quantity to cut
