Registered Nurse with leadership and management experience

Identify and address employee relations issues (performance management, clinical competency, etc.)

Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing, supplemented with leadership and business management courses.

Demonstrates a high level of clinical and performance management acumen.

Work in conjunction with the Manager to identify and alleviate barriers to effective patient flow and provision of care.

Minimum of two (2) years’ nursing management experience

Actively communicate, inform, and direct patients of departmental processes and procedures to ensure optimal patient flow and practice management.

Answer the phone, manage calls/phone line (includes retrieval and management of voicemails) and refer callers to the appropriate administrator as required.

Proficiency in using dental office management software (AbelDent preferred), CDAnet, ITRANS and Microsoft Office is required.

In-depth knowledge and/or experience in tooth anatomy, dental terminology, dental office procedures/operations.

Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the proven ability to clearly define and articulate requirements, priorities, impacts, and solutions.

Maintain current knowledge of dental terminology and procedures.

Codes delivery manifests and prepares billing.

Compiles statistical information from manifest data and prepares related report.

Monitor baggage and passenger flows during additional phases of A-CDM and Total Airport Management (TAM)

“Day-of” people management of the Resource and Apron Management Unit staff to ensure safe and secure operations

Solid knowledge and experience of airport operations airside, terminal, and baggage

Collaborate with GTAA Managers, Government agencies, Airlines, and Ground Handlers when issues arise from their respective operational areas

Data management and interpretive techniques

Experience and formal training combined with demonstrated performance and ability may substitute for stipulated academic requirements.

Knowledge of the city policies standards, specifications, and technical procedures associated with the wastewater collection system and Environmental Services Department

Knowledge of confined space entry procedures

Knowledge of traffic control and roadway work operations (MTO Traffic Control Manual)

Knowledge of applicable health and safety legislation, including the rights and duties of workers.
