Must have at least 5 years of experience in Commercial Flight Operations as a pilot,

Must have experience in N-OC tool deployed in airlines

Must possess strong analytical/critical thinking skills

Must possess superior product knowledge as it relates to the product suite

Must possess strong presentation skills and be able to communicate professionally in

Ensure that Company safety policies and relevant regulatory requirements are applied and maintained

Maintain competency in all current safety and emergency qualifications

Maintain valid personal travel documents and Company medical requirements

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Customer service experience an asset

Medically fit to meet all physical requirements of the position

Any other duties assigned by Manager, In-Flight Services

Minimum 5 years’ experience in the airline industry

2-5 years of leadership experience in an elevated role (an important asset)

Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills with the ability to proactively follow-up where needed and provide constructive feedback

Sound knowledge of Microsoft Word / Excel / PowerPoint

Must have excellent safety and customer service knowledge

Open to fresh graduates with finance and/or accounting majors.

Must have Canadian tax knowledge.

Perform high-volume data entry with a focus on maintaining data integrity and mathematical accuracy for revenue and expense reconciliation and reporting.

Ability to read Sabre fare remarks and ticketing queues for passenger refund processing using the Sabre mask (nice to have).

Update travel/flight booking data in the accounting system and create refund accounting lines as necessary for serviced airline tickets.

Calculate and add Canadian VAT taxes when required.

Excellent interpersonal skills and able to remain calm under high pressure situations

Arriving at the airport 90 minutes prior to departure

Ensure all information for passengers and flight are correct

Verify catering and all requested amenities have been delivered

Check cabin is well presented before passengers arrive to FBO

Ensure the crew are aware of the profile of the customer i.e. nervous flyer, covid conscious

Proven interpersonal and communication skills

Adhere to the company’s policies and procedures

Monitor the progress of each flight from its commencement to its termination, including any intermediate stops

Communicate with the pilot-in-command concerning airplane landings and departures from point of origin, en-route stops, and final destination

Notify the Communications Center (“OCC”) of acceptance and ETA times for all flights

Ensure the pertinent software systems are kept updated in a timely manner including building flights, pairings; and monitoring alerts and currency
