Collects, sorts and distributes incoming and outgoing mail, faxes, internal correspondence and courier documents.

Types a variety of material including correspondence, memos, forms and procedures.

Maintains departmental records, compiles information, prepares statistics into report format and forwards to appropriate parties.

Maintains filing systems by performing duties such as indexing, labeling and filling appropriately.

Record management duties related to clinical activities;

Your Resume indicating two year’s recent related experience, Or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience;

Data entry functions for a variety of clinical registries and databases;

Scheduling, booking and communicating appointment information to staff, patients, physicians' offices and/or nursing units;

Obtains medical information required from patients and completes a variety of standard forms

Reception duties - answering telephones, receiving and relaying messages, receiving and directing visitors, distributes incoming and out-going mail;

Calls in and allocates relief staff to fill temporary staffing requirements.

Maintains records of staff such as names, addresses, phone numbers, availability for work and suitable work area.

Maintains work schedules, payroll books and timekeeping records for staff and submits to payroll.

Organizes and maintains department documentation such as manuals, code books, drawings, etc. and other relevant department materials.

Arranges and confirms appointments and arranges meetings. Attends meetings and records, transcribes and distributes minutes.
