Financial Data Sourcing Analyst Jobs

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent

Support to Billing scheduling and Invoicing issues (as they arise).

Eligible for Canadian Enhanced Reliability Security Clearance (as a minimum, preferable up to Secret) and Canadian Controlled Goods Clearance.

Strong proficiency with MS Excel.

Proficiency with SharePoint, Planisware and Oracle.

High level of attention to detail

1) 8+ years of experience with data analysis working in a large organization in FI

3) 5+ years of experience working on projects (familiarity with project phases etc.)

4) Advanced knowledge with Excel (pivot tables, advanced formulas)

- Testing data analysis and transformation of current processes

- Update spreadsheets to ingest new data formats

- Update process documentation for new project deliverables

Creates supplier Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) while facilitating assigned strategic contractor and supplier performance management requirements

Supply Chain Management Professional (SCMP) certification is considered an asset

Superior knowledge of tendering and contracting procedures and practices within the Supply Chain Management field

Supports commercial contract development and supplier management activities, ensuring agreements are developed in accordance to company terms and contracting policies

Post-secondary degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or Commerce is preferred

Consults with internal stakeholders to determine and align requirements, scope of work and/or supply, and desired outcomes for company projects.
