Your experience and skills include:

Advise Room Service of requirements of VIP guests

Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities

Provide food and beverage service to the Fairmont Gold floors

Set up and serving of breakfast in the Fairmont Gold lounge

Each associate is expected to carry out, within their capabilities, all reasonable requests by management.

An opportunity to work with a skilled Management team.

Knowledge of all drinks and pastries that we offer and hours of operations.

Report to Restaurant Supervisor/Manager at end of the shift.

To look out for the safety of yourself, co-workers and to follow all Health and Safety requirements in the workplace.

No prior barista experience required, although preferred.

Previous Property Management System experience required

Manage projects and perform any other reasonable duties as required by Fairmont Gold Management

Your experience and skills include:

Manage staffing levels and productivity as occupancy fluctuates

Oversee liquor service in accordance with Alberta Liquor Laws and ProServe Certification

Previous leadership experience in a similar guest relations capacity required
