Exhibition Coordinator Jobs

Diploma, Certificate or degree in Event Management, Business Administration or a relevant discipline or an equivalent combination of education & experience

Ensure adherence to venue policies and procedures with respect to health and safety, alcohol management, customer service, and labour management

Develop and actively manage positive relationships with production managers, tradeshow producers, concert promoters and other PNE stakeholders

Ensure venues are prepared in accordance to contract requirements and client expectations

Must have 3-5 years of experience in the live events industry

Experience working in a similar venue is considered an asset

Experience with content creation/management for social media preferred;

Content creation and management for the exhibition, as required;

Experience in working in an art gallery, community gallery, exhibition, or museum preferred;

Minimum of 2 years experience in retail, service, or hospitality industries;

Becoming familiar with the exhibition (context, artists, thematic organization and content, artworks details, etc.)

Engaging positively with the public, visitors and exhibiting artists;

- Minimum 8 years experience designing exhibits from concept through production

architecture, interior design, industrial design or exhibit design

- Ability to develop and articulate a clear design rationale

- Proficiency in sketching with pens, pencils or pixels

- Ability to visually communicate complex topics

- Ability to contribute in a collaborative, creative environment

Maintain first aid requirements at all PNE events

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively deal with a variety of situations while maintaining a calm and flexible demeanour.
