Work collaboratively with members of the Client Experience, Relationship Management, and other teams to coordinate deliverables

Support the Manager, Client Education & Development in the planning and execution of client education programs.

Plan, manage, and deliver events aligned with the organization's client engagement and communication programs, such as Investor Day, educational

Assist in the creation and management of event budgets and associated financial reporting.

Maintain a rolling 12-month calendar of client educational events and offerings.

Proven ability to manage events through their entire lifecycle, from requirements gathering through delivery, on time, with minimal supervision.

Manage inventory of tradeshow assets (including packing, shipping, tracking, etc.).

Source, order, and manage cost-effective tradeshow display materials, giveaways, etc.

Effectively project manage and deliver events on time and within budget.

Experience in managing the logistics surrounding a high volume of shipments internationally.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Have experience with budget management

At least 3+ years of experience in activation, sales, promotion or marketing positions

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both oral and written

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to use data to inform decision-making

Have experience working in the travel, libraries, tech and/or publishing industry

Work cross-functionally to share, advise and leverage best practices for events and overall brand activation, both for external and internal events

Proficient in the use of standard office, web publishing, online content management systems, and graphic design applications (i.e., Dreamweaver, Flash, AEM).

Excellent knowledge of and ability to use specialized design software applications (i.e., InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.).

Excellent writing, copy editing, and layout skills.
