Previous serving experience at a highly competent level is required

Strong technical bartending knowledge including liquor, wine and beer

Surprise and delight guests with unique cocktails, wines, beers, and other beverages, while creating a personalized connection

Impromptu problem-solving skills when dealing with internal and external conflict

Exceptional communication skills with peers and guests

Ensure tables are decorated correctly, food is presented well, and service goes off without a hitch

Provide full room set-ups including A.V. and bar

Ensure rooms are checked and maintained throughout the service

Able to work independently without supervision

Maintains and demonstrates expert knowledge of products, events and promotions.

Two years or more experience in a similar high-volume restaurant (casual dining) environment.

Two years of bartending experience in a high-volume food and beverage establishment.

Cash handling experience using POS system or cashier register.

Tourism, promotion, marketing, entertainment or event training experience preferred.

Hourly range of $ 15.65

Bistro ’67 table service progression subject to certain percentile reached in a formal dining room knowledge assessment

Maintains overall cleanliness and organization of service areas

Follows proper sanitation and safety standards within designated work areas

Responsible for delivering exceptional customer service for Bistro ’67 guests to include managing allergies and taking care of special requests/ celebrations

Checking daily Events Calendar to know what is happening at the CFF at all times
