They are also responsible for ensuring that all equity transactions are properly documented and reported in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. To become an Equity Administrator Manager, you must have a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. You should also have experience in equity administration, preferably in a corporate setting. Additionally, you should have strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
