After training, the Entry-Level Customer Account Representative's responsibilities will include:

Skills we are looking for in our Entry-Level Customer Account Representative:

Create daily strategies that effectively work with our client's CRM analyzing data for efficiency and potential profits

Management of a portfolio of client accounts relating to automobile, property, and general liability exposures.

Demonstrated organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage conflicting priorities in an effective manner.

Strong computer skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and an ability to learn new technical systems.

Minimum of 3 years’ experience in either automobile or property/liability claims personal lines adjusting. Additional commercial lines experience is an asset.

All Lines and multi provincial experience a definite asset.

Strong communication skills, including listening, interviewing, negotiating, and must be able to flex style appropriate to audience.

Proven experience as an account manager or in a similar role

Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies

Experience working in a remote environment is preferred

Manage and update client information in our database and other systems

Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills

Excellent communication and negotiation skills
