Virtual Account Manager / Entry Level (Remote)

We are seeking a talented and motivated Virtual Account Manager to join our team. As a Virtual Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our clients, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring that their needs are being met. Responsibilities:

• Manage and update client information in our database and other systems
• Conduct regular check-ins with clients to ensure that their needs are being met and to identify opportunities for growth
• Understand clients' needs and goals, and develop strategies to help them achieve success
• Identify and pursue opportunities to grow revenue and expand business with existing clients
• Collaborate with other departments to provide clients with the best possible service and support
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their primary point of contact
• Provide exceptional customer service to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Proficient in customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technologies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proven experience as an account manager or in a similar role
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills
• Experience working in a remote environment is preferred
