Evaluate, analyze, and process position and organizational management requests and ensure a high degree of accuracy.

Follow up with Line management on any outstanding tasks and process actions if required.

Possess strong PC skills with a working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Remedy.

Responsible for maintenance and processes involving confidential payroll, benefits and life cycles of employees and their dependents.

Responsible to set up WFM training modules for timekeepers, managers and employees.

Must have in-depth knowledge and expertise related to HR best practices.

Must have proven relationship building skills at all levels of the workforce and the organization.

Must have excellent oral and written communication skills, including presentation skills.
