Lead change management initiatives, ensuring effective planning, execution, and adoption of organizational changes.

Develop change management strategies, frameworks, and tools to minimize resistance and facilitate a smooth transition.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of employer branding initiatives and change management efforts.

Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership, highlighting the impact of employer branding and change management initiatives in the organization.

Displays comprehensive knowledge of project management principles and methodologies and ability to coach team members on these skills.

Over 10 years of experience contributing to organization-wide programming in a global for-profit corporation with over 1000 employees

Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both verbally and in writing, with a variety of audiences internally and externally to the organization.

Co-develop and oversee Clio’s 1%/1%/1% giving playbook and programming, including strategic partnerships, giving, scholarships, etc.

Support ERG Leads through the implementation and evolution of Clio’s ERG playbook

Co-develop Annual Social Impact report to stakeholders

Own all financial functions, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash management, auditing and tax management

Oversee financial and legal risk management, including ensuring adequate insurance coverage

Lead, manage and mentor a high performing finance team

7+ years of accounting experience, including proven experience as a Director of Finance, Controller, or other similar accounting leadership position

Proactive mindset. Loves to dig in, identify gaps, risks and opportunities and to propose solutions to senior management.

Financial Reporting, Forecasting and Treasury Management

Support Risk Management's Inclusion & Diversity strategic initiatives by working with various stakeholders and leading the execution of events and initiatives

2 years of experience in supporting Employee Engagement Projects

2 years of solid experience in dealing with Senior Executive stakeholders

Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

Hands-on experience with Advanced PowerPoint

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at the same time.
