Some Highlights of What we Offer:

Manage a team of 20+ technical staff responsible across both Desktop and Infrastructure support including 4 Managers.

Location: Victoria, BC (potential for some remote work)

Desktop support includes windows environment, AD

Infrastructure support includes VMWare, Windows Servers, Oracle EBS, SQL, Network, Wireless, Linux/Unix, Citrix

3 - 5 years as a Director Technology Services with responsibility spanning end user and infrastructure support

Financial Management and project accounting experience

Industry experience and knowledge of Security (access control, CCTV and intrusion detection) and Healthcare Technology (nurse call, RTLS, systems integrations) required

PMP, IMIT, Security, healthcare Technology and/or Engineering qualifications in a similar field

Excellent judgment and creative problem solving techniques, including negotiation and conflict resolution skills

Strong mentoring and coaching experience

Drive profitable growth in the Security and Healthcare Technology Division that aligns with Houle's strategy.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry standards

Experience in leading research and development teams

Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

Knowledge of software development and design principles
