Director Medical Affairs Jobs in Ontario

Minimum 10 years of management experience, preferably within an academic health care setting

Minimum 5 years financial experience including budgeting and contract management

Demonstrated strategic and decision making abilities coupled with highly developed communication and leadership skills

Demonstrated ability to effectively manage relationships with multiple internal and external stakeholders

Bachelor’s degree in related field (Master’s an asset)

Ability to influence decision making in a complex environment

Strong project management and planning skills

Vendor management as required for LEAP simulation builds

Partner with teams after the experience to identify key insights and opportunities to impact the patient experience

Conduct quarterly facilitator feedback sessions and update LEAP experiences based on feedback or in line with data updates

3+ years of experience in the Biotech/Pharmaceutical Industry or equivalent

Strong scientific, medical, clinical knowledge

Experience/ability to work in a matrix cross-functional ennvironment, both internally and remotely

Leading content development and presentation for external medical education programs, and other Global Medical initiatives

Preferred experiences in Medical Affairs function (3+/5+ years depending on the title)

Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.

Excellent interpersonal skills with demonstrated track record and ability to drive results as an effective a team member and project leader

Proven ability to manage budget and resources
