Lead and supervise the daily activities of the operations team and warehouse personnel, including recruitment, training, and performance management.

Conduct in-depth analysis of operational data and metrics to identify trends, areas for improvement, and present recommendations to senior management.

Ensure timely and accurate reporting of operational data to senior management for informed decision-making.

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.

Bachelor’s degree in business with 1-2 years of experience in supply chain management

Responsible for receiving incoming product, entering product into internal inventory management software and ensuring accuracy between actual and online inventory count

Accurately manage inventory across all locations both physically and in systems and implement controls in place

Assist the manager in forecasting equipment, materials and supplies

Assist in system/process documentation with the goal of optimizing productivity, logistics and the customer experience

Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Conducts an effective employee selection, hiring, terminations, coaching, skills development, recognition and rewards, performance management and staff productivity

Oversees product fulfillment, inventory control, vendor/distributor management, and logistics

Streamlines processes and develops standard operating procedures (SOPs) for inventory control, logistics management, and order fulfillment to meet operational goals

Directly manages budget and P&L for operations in concert with Finance department that deliver on yearly profit objectives

Provides data-backed and actional updates to management team to improve order fulfillment SLAs and vendor performance

College degree preferred in Logistics, Industrial Engineering or Operations Management

Participate in process guide management on varied processes within the team.

Working with partners across varied platforms requires excellent communications skills to ensure clear, detailed and effective communication.

Excellent understanding and knowledge of ATB related systems (Ex: CSA, Portal, BOX, SAP, CRM, CMS, GSuite, ServiceNow).
