Overseeing speaker series, PARC education, cultural programs, social events, the PARC technology lending library, event contractors and outings.

Planning and implementing an exciting monthly calendar of events and activities in tandem with other managers and staff.

As PARC Active Living Manager, you’re responsible for:

Planning and delivering programs, outings and special events that engage residents in heart-healthy, enriching, and fun activity.

Cultivating a respectful, warm environment for residents and staff.

Extensive knowledge and experience with identity and access management technology, such as single sign-on (SSO), two-factor authentication, privileged access management, etc.

Extensive hands-on knowledge of identity and access management best practices, procedures, and software solutions.

Assess existing GPO collection for disabled/empty/redundant elements and redevelop GPO collection for improved permission granting and management.

Comprehensive knowledge and experience with authentication standards and technologies.

Identify, define, refine, and review requirements for a new AD structure.

Expert level knowledge of Windows Active Directory.

Previous Senior Care and/or Supervisory or Management experienced highly desired

Responsible for assisting in preparation of annual budget and capital replacement plan, as well as fiscal management of the project.

Gathers relevant information to determine if prospective tenants meet the residency requirements of the building.

A minimum of 1 year experience working with the senior population.

Must pass a criminal background check consistent with the requirements of the State of MN

Provides tours and explanation of services to potential tenants, families and referrals.

Attends in-service education in order to keep informed of current trends in the total care of the elderly;

Previous experience working with seniors;

Excellent oral and written communication skills;

Assists with the maintenance of appropriate department records including assessments, evaluations of planned programs detailing individual participation, charting;

Participates in team meetings to plan programs with residents' interest in mind;

Facilitating residents to scheduled and pre-arranged outings;

Excellent customer service and time management skills

Experience working with children; knowledge of child development, crafts, sports, music and/or games

Knowledge of the recreation programs offered by Norfolk County

Must be currently enrolled in at education institution on a full time basis

Experience in a leadership capacity is required i.e. student council member, leadership role on youth council

Strong interpersonal, communication and problem solving skills

Knowledge and demonstrated skills in program development and management.

Good understanding and knowledge of seniors’ issues related to social recreational and educational needs.

Demonstrated experience and skills in community development within housing buildings.

Develop, implement, and evaluate programs which promote wellness through social, recreational, and educational activities.

Develop leadership skills of seniors.

Focus on education which promotes the wellness of seniors.

Attends in-service education in order to keep informed of current trends in the total care of the elderly;

Previous experience working with seniors;

1-3 years' of marketing experience

Experienced in troubleshooting and fixing issues. Knowledge in Software deployment and patch management procedures including server patching

Perform Active Directory Services administration and management to include design, cleanup and routine maintenance and configuration

Create and maintain AD environment management documentation on as as-necessary basis

Hands-on experience in Microsoft Windows Server Administration, Active Directory administration and Azure AD administration

Hands-on experience of GPO, AD Connect and AD replication

Good knowledge on Virtualization and OS Patching process

·3+ years of experience in IT infrastructure / AD administration (required).

·Very strong working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory (AD) including AD based DNS (required).

·Comprehensive experience with enterprise multi-forest infrastructure models (required).

·Experience in Microsoft SCOM, SCCM, and Microsoft Hyper-V or Quest backup systems (required).

·Identify opportunities to innovate, extend and enhance service delivery.

·Provide guidance and serve as an escalation point for complex application-related support and troubleshooting.
