Ten (10) years’ experience including five (5) year's in a project management role and the supervision of others.

Ability to operate a PC and effectively utilize a variety of software applications to support the initiative management activities.

Have proven experience partnering with staff and medical staff in the development of new, novel programs

Identifies and manages key stakeholder strategies and works collaboratively with Communications to develop appropriate communication strategies.

Knowledge of other health care disciplines and their role in health care.

Knowledge, Skills & Experience You Have

Master’s degree in Technology Management, Engineering, Data Science, Computer Science, or related discipline is preferred.

10+ years’ experience in technology or product innovation with 3-5 years’ leadership experience.

Relentless focus on, and empathy for, how people experience and interact with Technical Safety BC.

Demonstrated ability to translate data into insight, recommendation, and action to continuously improve user experience.

Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills.

Project Manage digital transformation projects; manage schedules, budgets, and project priorities.

Be the primary point of contact for a key client deliverable and provide accurate status updates and manage expectations.

Collaborate with clients to identify areas of their business that can benefit from digital transformation and develop a roadmap for implementation.

Develop and maintain an up-to-date knowledge of digital media technologies and their applications in the media and advertising industry.

A minimum of 2 years of experience in digital transformation, with a focus on digital media.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
