Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent work experience launching digital products.

Deep understanding of inclusive design principles and a commitment to creating accessible experiences.

Airline, Loyalty or Travel Industry experience a plus, but not required.

Autonomous and self-starter able to effectively self-manage priorities.

Work with Product Management to review business requirements and scope out sprint level design efforts

Work with UX to translate findings into usable, useful, effective, engaging, and efficient user experiences and beautiful UI

5+ years of work experience as a Product Designer, UX Designer, or Interaction Designer in a commercial software company

Experience in user-centred/UI design with hands-on experience throughout the process, from user research to prototype mock-ups, and collaborating on implementation

Languages/Syntax: HTML, CSS. Javascript, React/Redux knowledge is desirable, but not required

Develop high-fidelity renderings and clickable prototypes that put the project vision and design strategy into action

- 1-3 years of experience as a product manager

- Previous experience in a retail/CPG environment

- Experience working with Salesforce , Magento, Klaviyo and Shopfy
