Overview A Development Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the development team in a variety of ways. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of the development office, providing assistance with fundraising activities, and helping to coordinate events and activities. Detailed Job Description The Development Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to the development team. This includes managing the day-to-day operations of the development office, providing assistance with fundraising activities, and helping to coordinate events and activities. The Development Administrative Assistant will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records, preparing reports, and providing general administrative support to the development team. Job Skills Required• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of fundraising principles and practices
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to maintain confidentiality
Job Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• At least two years of experience in a related field
