You have a minimum of three (3) years (full-time equivalent) of progressive experience supporting managers in a post-secondary environment.

You have specific technical occupational knowledge and skill in administrative functions and processes.

Experience with coordination of projects, specifically with research, tracking and analysis.

Experience with post-secondary enrollment and registration processes.

Experience with PeopleSoft is preferred.

Experience working with Mi'kmaq communities, staff and students is an asset.

High level of composure and good stress management

Must have strong geographical knowledge of the GTA & surrounding areas

2 years proven experience in commercial truck driving

Skilled at driving and parking large, heavy vehicles

Attend all educational sessions offered including product knowledge, vendor, and Holt Renfrew seminars

Resolve all customer service issues and partner with selling management on any issues outside of guidelines

Share expert level of product knowledge with entire store selling team

Maintain solid relationships with buyer, vendor, and selling manager

Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements

The Fulfill all responsibilities and activities in close cooperation with other Property Accountants, A/P Clerks, Property Administrators and Property Managers.

Minimum of 3 to 5 years of accounting experience in residential property management.

Post-secondary degree in Accounting, Finance or related field required.

Experience working with Yardi Voyageur and advanced Excel

Possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Organize full accounting cycle for real estate properties.

Delivery of vehicles from the dealership to various cities

Transferring paperwork to customers on delivery

Class 5 driver's licence and clean driver's abstract

Can work independently and as part of a team

Organized and pays attention to detail

Hourly pay; $20 per hour

Strong organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple priorities.

Master’s degree in a relevant subject area, with a minimum of 5 years of experience working within a university research environment.

Strong interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills, with demonstrated ability to engage in respectful conversation.

Experience in Indigenous community engagement including an understanding of relevant protocols, principles, and practices for respectful engagement.

Experience leading and administering research programs.

Support the work of the TCA Research Advisory Committee, and report regularly to TCA governance bodies regarding TCA research programs’ progress.

Competency in dysphagia management, enteral and parenteral nutrition

Demonstrated participation in continuing education and upgrading of skills

Minimum one (1) year working experience as a dietitian preferred

Inpatient clinical nutrition experience an assets

Experience counselling patients in an outpatient setting

Demonstrated interpersonal and communication skills

Demonstrated experience in case management and community liaison.

Demonstrated skills in organization and time management.

Knowledge of mental health and addictions services offered within the IWK and across the community.

Minimum two (2) years post masters clinical experience working in mental health and addictions field required.

Knowledge and awareness of the African Nova Scotia community and youth serving organizations required.

Experience working in a pediatric mental health and addictions setting preferred.
