Manage the day-to-day activities of the team

8-10 years of experience in SOC design

Strong working knowledge of SystemVerilog and other HDLs

Lead a team of engineers in the design and development of SOCs

Develop the overall technical direction of the project

Work with other teams, such as software and test, to ensure that the SOC is integrated into the overall system

Well organized with excellent time management skills to complete tasks within tight deadlines

5-8 years of Retail/ Store Fixture Design experience or applicable experience is preferred

2+ years of design leadership experience is preferred

Excellent communications skills both written and verbal.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in and lead a team of creative professionals

Conceptualize and create design solutions to serve the needs of existing clients, new business relationships and RFP submissions.

Strong project management skills with ability to balance tasks spanning multiple studies.

Deep knowledge of and experience with User-Centered Design and Human Factors research methods.

Strong communications skills: written, oral, and graphical.

Knowledge of inferential statistics and familiarity with statistical analysis software (e.g., R, SAS, SPSS) is an asset.

Data collection: conducting design research methods including observation/ethnography, diary studies, user interviews, usability testing, card sorting, etc.

Analysis: utilizing qualitative and quantitative approaches to make sense of the data collected.

2+ years leading a design team, in a mentorship or management capacity.

Conduct research, time estimates, and asset requirements for assigned projects

Assist in defining project UX/UI requirements, user-stories and provide rationale

5+ years of professional UX/UI experience.

Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.

Experience in a software development agency is mandatory.

Experience with managing projects end to end. Experienced with the practices and principles of project management.

Manage all ServiceNow upgrades to maintain N-1 compliance via the change management process.

Manage the IT and end user knowledge bases.

Document and maintain IT Service Management Governance

Experienced with gathering business requirements and translating them into IT deliverables.

Perform base ServiceNow administration. Manage external support vendors.

Excellent presentation skills and communication abilities at all levels.

Develop experience-oriented design solutions that fulfill strategic business objectives.

5+ years experience in a motion role (at least 2+ years in an product environment).

A strong working knowledge of visual design, motion design and technical knowledge

Lead motion efforts across multiple functions inside Dropbox, and help to partner with additional motion design talent outside the company.

Recognized expertise in motion for interaction across desktop, mobile, and web

3+ years of experience in hardware design, preferably in a product development environment

Experience with PCB layout design and manufacturing processes

Knowledge of firmware development is an asset

Support Project and Program Managers in the definition of development logic, schedules, KPIs and metrics

Ensure the correctness and completeness of the design as it pertains to the customer and industry requirements

4-10 years of product design, UI, and UX experience

Experience designing technical projects and working with engineering teams
