You have a minimum of 2-years of previous experience in automation or technical product sales/support.

You have a technical understanding of electrical circuits. Working knowledge of industrial automation is preferred.

Previous experience and/or aptitude to operate multi product pipelines is considered an asset.

Effective interpersonal, written, and verbal communication, and trouble shooting skills;

Strong knowledge of MS office applications including Excel and Word;

A team collaborator, strong organizational skills, attention to details; and

Coordinate pipeline system operations with field personnel and external customers;

Utilize leak detection systems to monitor segment integrities and respond appropriately to violations;

Inputting and communicating delays and working with the Operations Duty Manager (ODM) to mitigate downline delays.

A minimum of 2 years of customer service or ramp operations experience working for a Canadian national or regional air carrier

Leadership experience and a high degree of proficiency using AmeliaRES would be considered a strong asset.

Process delay reports and participate in the delay code audit and reconciliation process.

Assist with contingency and recovery planning and communication during irregular operations (IROPs).

Monitor connecting passenger loads and coordinate with the ODM to anticipate and mitigate possible misconnect situations.

Acquire working knowledge to execute all procedures related to the functional area of responsibility.

Excellent communication skills, a strong commitment to customer service and a willingness to work in a team environment are essential.

Preference will be given to candidates with shift work experience including having worked nights and rotating schedules

Understand product contamination and learn how to maintain product measurement/quality through effective communication and use of tools available.

Comprehend power consumption concepts and overall efficiency of a liquids pipeline system.

Participate in company and departmental objectives and initiatives, continually striving towards personal development and operational improvement opportunities

Ensure specific tasks are assigned to technicians with the required skills

Customer service experience at least 6 months

Good communication skills / interpersonal relations

Knowledge of Bell products and services

Good knowledge of the Office suite (Word, Outlook)

Knowledge of the various operational groups in the Control Centre

Strong time management skills; able to meet tight timelines while multi-tasking,

Manage IRROPS/flight disruptions in Altea in harmony with, PSS, OAL/SOP and Station Managers

Minimum 3 years previous airline or ground handling experience,

Prior knowledge of ALTEA CM and/or other DCS mandatory,

Proven analytical and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail,

Excellent verbal and written communication and reporting skills,

Print, deliver and manage access cards for end users according to our protocol

Provide support as required to our Operations' Control Centre (OCC) team

Monitor our CCTV feeds in the OCC

Help to create or update our documentation

Report security system alarms, and communicate with operations' leaders and first responders

Oversee our site security personnel to ensure they are acting according to our protocols

Print, deliver and manage access cards for end users according to our protocol

Provide support as required to our Operations' Control Centre (OCC) team

Monitor our CCTV feeds in the OCC

Help to create or update our documentation

Report security system alarms, and communicate with operations' leaders and first responders

Oversee our site security personnel to ensure they are acting according to our protocols
