Work with functional manager(s) to ensure appropriate resources are assigned to meet project deliverables

Equipped with strong knowledge and experience managing the development and delivery of IT security standards, best practices, and systems?

Responsible for defining and establishing operational processes for all identity and lifecycle management aspects.

Bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university; also Risk Management credentials such as Certified Risk Manager (RIMS) or ISO 31000, preferred

Knowledge and experience with technology that supports governance, risk controls (GRC) initiatives and processes are desirable.

Manage and implement remediation plans, ensuring observations from Internal Audit, External Audit and/or regulators are assessed and actioned quickly.

Work with business and technology leads to influence and balance controls with functional requirements.

Formal project management experience is an asset

Experience in analysis and policy development.

Experience working within cross-functional teams and the ability to lead a team of cross-functional resources through project plan and implementation.

Demonstrated ability to be member-focused, effectively communicate both written and verbal, organizational skills and a high degree of concentration

Excellent writing, grammar and communication skills; proficient with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

Excellent interpersonal and communication skill, with the ability to quickly adapt to divergent communication style needs;

Demonstrated consulting/leadership skills, with change management concepts and strategies, including strong communication, presentation, and collaboration skills

Knowledge of industry leading data quality management practices

Knowledge of data governance practices, asset management and technology issues related to the management of data assets

Establish and govern a data governance program implementation roadmap including strategic priorities for development of information-based capabilities

Experience establishing data governance policies, standards guidelines

Excellent collaboration and communication skills

Prior experience in identity management and API governance is a bonus

Collaborate with architects, product managers, and other engineers to design and build highly scalable, distributed systems

8+ years or more of experience building customer-facing large-scale products or systems using Java or other object-oriented languages

Experience with relational and non-relational databases

Experience designing and building distributed systems

Experience designing APIs, building data models, and efficient algorithms

Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.

Complete data entry and maintain accurate current information in the system.

Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities.

Trains and mentors new data coordinator.

Assist in billing rejections report.

Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
