Cybersecurity Governance Specialist Jobs

Assist with management and administration of cybersecurity devices.

Consult with the Incident Management team to respond to cybersecurity events and incidents.

6-8 years of experience with enterprise-scale, cybersecurity/IT programs.

Infrastructure - Servers and Desktop management in an Active Directory Environment is an asset;

Maintain a good working knowledge of the day-to-day operating environment, available tools, operating techniques, and end-user applications;

Bachelor’s degree in computer studies or equivalent work experience;

Must have excellent interpersonal skills and must be able to work in a team environment;

Excellent working knowledge of all Microsoft Office Suite applications especially Outlook, Excel, Word & PowerPoint.

Monitor and report on compliance with information security policies;

You have a good command of development project management.

Cyber Risk Management, and related professional experience within Cybersecurity Governance

Professional Cybersecurity & Cyber Risk Management certifications, including:

Coordination of results with Vulnerability Management team from third-party testing service;

Leading project management efforts for Cybersecurity Governance Team initiated projects;

Build, review & localize monthly cybersecurity education/awareness content and campaigns;

5+ years of related Cybersecurity Governance experience;

Manage meeting schedules and Diligent materials for Board Education; Board Orientation; and Crisis Management

Undergraduate Degree or equivalent experience / education

Post materials to Diligent ensuring document submissions received from contributors meet deadlines and process requirements

Support the Benefits Adjudication Committee hearing process, as required.

Poll for dates for Special meetings and Education sessions while ensuring that appropriate notice periods are met

Assist in rollout of Board Member experience technology and enhancements

Strong Remote Access technologies knowledge. Experience with managed devices-unmanaged devices/2FA/MFA solutions.

Strong working knowledge of IT risks, cyber security, and computer operating software.

Minimum 5 years of work experience in an enterprise environment with a large IT infrastructure

Minimum 5 years of experience with networking and network security in an enterprise environment

Knowledge of IT Security frameworks

Ten years in the IT industry with five years in IT Management / Leadership roles in a consulting environment.

Completion of one or more of the following Information Technology and Information Security Management professional designations is preferred:

Strong technical, planning, and leadership skills are required.
