Manage monthly meetings for the Firm Technical leaders including agenda, materials, and meeting minutes

A bachelor's degree in Project Management, Operations Management, Business Administration, Marketing, or Communications from a recognized and approved program.

Establishing campaign objectives, developing clear plans, determining resourcing requirements, and implementing effective measurement strategies for core campaigns.

A minimum of five years of experience in a similar role is required.

Demonstrated experience in management of customer accounts and sales strategy

Proven track record in sales, sales management or strategic business development (10 years+)

Leading the development and implementation of the account plan and growth actions

Implement 360o coverage of project opportunities including proactive Engineering procurement and Construction (EPC) and consultant coverage.

Project management skills, allowing you to effectively plan, execute, and deliver projects;

Experience and success working with remote teams.

Act as the intersection between key internal stakeholders such as Impact Reporting, Riipen Creative & Content, Operations, Data and Finance;

Work closely with the Project Coordinators and Project Managers to understand user behaviors and expectations and follow up as required

2+ years experience in a quality focused role; conducting comprehensive audits, assessing compliance and quality standards;

Experience establishing and optimizing processes for compliance and operational excellence;

Seven or more years of project experience in oil and gas. Examples include project manager, project engineer and/or project controls specialist.

Outstanding analytical skills and attention to detail; make independent decisions on complex data sets.

Effective interpersonal skills with a focus on the development and delivery of high-impact presentations.

Organizational skills, with the competence and critical thinking to prioritize deliverables.

Develop strategic organizational performance communications using a combination of quantitative and qualitative updates on performance, opportunities, and risks.

You possess excellent knowledge of project management strategies, processes, and tools

You offer proven organizational abilities and the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines under pressure

Assist the planning and implementation of project management strategies, based on templates and toolsets

Prepare project status reports for sponsors/management review

Superior communication skills including experience in developing and delivering presentations to both internal and external stakeholders

You bring a minimum of 3 year's experience as a PMO analyst, project manager, or a similar role.
