You have 2+ years of experience in database management, contract management, and finance.

Experience in telecommunication, broadcast engineering or a related field such as real estate or facilities management is an asset.

Support enterprise solutions working closely in collaboration with the VP and other internal leaders (Project Management, Finance, Operations, etc.)

10+ yrs. Related strategic real estate management experience – Ideally transactions, strategy and asset management.

Strong Management experience managing a large team for at least 5 years.

Post-secondary education majoring in business administration, finance, geography/urban planning or equivalent.

Supporting clients with all special initiatives including transactions and workplace strategy and experience.

Corporate Real estate or outsourcing experience an asset.

Skills Requirements for the Position

We offer four training programs for adults with an intellectual disAbility:

– Coordinator of Developmental Services

provide innovative employment strategies to individuals who have an intellectual disability to support their employment goals

These functions should account for approximately 85% of the total hours spent in this position.

Build and manage relationships with vendors and operators, negotiating and securing favorable terms and pricing to maximize supply growth and profitability

Develop and manage a team of supply professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to enable individual and team growth and success

Create and manage supply-related processes and systems to improve efficiency and effectiveness in managing supply

Proven experience working in a fast-paced startup environment, with a ‘can-do’ attitude and a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving
