Controller – Anjou – Construction Jobs

Advanced proficiency in financial management software and Microsoft Excel. MS Power-Bi experience is considered an asset.

Strong leadership and team management abilities.

Collaborate with management to develop annual budgets and forecasts.

Monitor cash flow, manage working capital, and develop strategies to optimize cash resources.

Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and regulatory compliance.

Experience in implementing and managing internal controls.

University degree or diploma in Accounting/Business or Finance related

Designated CPA 5+ years’ progressive experience as a full cycle accountant or public firm experience

Experience with audit and internal controls and building business processes is required

Some experience in transactional accounting i.e., Accounts receivables/ Payables, Banking

Excellent working Knowledge of Microsoft Office program suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.)

Familiar with ERP use; Vista ERP knowledge is considered an asset

Banking, cash and investment management

5+ years financial accounting experience in a construction environment

Strong analytical and technical skills including MS Excel functions (Pivot Table, Vlookup etc.)

Experience with Jonas Construction Software

Excellent communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail

Responsible for all accounting and payroll functions ensure they are properly carried out and time deadlines are met

Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales

Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience

Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge

Minimum 1 year retail experience

Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills

Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills

Drives profitable store sales by fostering a retail selling culture by practicing exceptional customer service and using effective retail sales skills.

Utilizing optical prescription, evaluates prescription in conjunction with customer's visual requirements;

Maximizes Managed Vision Care relationships and sales opportunities.

State licensure or certification by a nationally-recognized opticianary association as an optician

Experience and results with a retail or customer service establishment

Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results
