Supporting your Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the achievement of retail store targets by driving sales

Ensuring our customers have a fun and enjoyable shopping experience

Assisting customers with their queries using your product knowledge

Minimum 1 year retail experience

Excellent verbal/written communication and organizational skills

Sound understanding of mathematics and strong reading comprehension skills

Drives profitable store sales by fostering a retail selling culture by practicing exceptional customer service and using effective retail sales skills.

Utilizing optical prescription, evaluates prescription in conjunction with customer's visual requirements;

Maximizes Managed Vision Care relationships and sales opportunities.

State licensure or certification by a nationally-recognized opticianary association as an optician

Experience and results with a retail or customer service establishment

Ability to sell through use of sales skills and accountability for sales results

Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software

All applicants must be able to demonstrate the ability to provide inspirational, authentic and personalized customer service

Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and special events in a fast-paced work environment

Presentation of the financial results and recommendations for the management

Management of the annual budget process

The possibility to work remotely a few days a week

5-7 years of experience in a similar role

Gérer le contenu digital front-end du site web et e-commerce.

Assurer la création et la maintenance de produits à travers ses différentes plateformes numériques.

2 à 5 années d’expérience dans un poste similaire ou expérience équivalente.
