B.Sc./ B.Com Degree or equivalent and experience in Healthcare preferred

Experience working in Sales, Analytics or Commercial Operations roles

Experience with data analytics and ability to extract and communicate insights from data

Responsible for leading monthly reporting and insights around District performance to the ABM Leadership Team

Experience developing, delivering, and evaluating programs, strategies, policies and services for natural resource development and management;

Degree in Public Administration, Social Sciences, Earth Sciences, Environmental Sciences, Resource Management, Business Administration or a related field;

Experience providing operational policy advice regarding rights, activities and obligations under land and resources legislation;

Experience supervising, coaching, team building and mentoring.

Experience in designing and delivering customer focused programs and services.

Knowledge of the collective bargaining and consultant service procurement processes.

Facilitate the development of practical and realistic internal growth options for BHP Potash through effective stakeholder management across the business

Implement effective project management routines to enable effective delivery of CAP process by key contributors

Skilled with developing and communicating strategies and complex messages to leadership

Proven experience in medium to long-term planning is an asset

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to express details and facts in a confident and articulate manner

Superior interpersonal skills to engage, influence and build solid working relationships with stakeholders across the organization
