· Executes triage of technical problems based on system knowledge database.

· Operates a Mainframe system by executing preventive maintenance procedures.

Knowledge of learning management systems and web/digital delivery tools;

Hands-on experience managing multiple training/education events and environments;

Two (2) years related experience;

Ability to manage a diverse workload and tight timeframes;

Knowledge of protocols and ethical practices relating to working with First Nations;

Knowledge of various methods of teaching and instruction;

Manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely completion within budgetary constraints.

3-5 years overall experience working in design in kitchen appliances or related industry

Bachelor's degree in product design, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

Proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software and other design tools Strong conceptualization and visualization skills, including sketching and 3D modeling.

Extensive knowledge of design principles, manufacturing processes, and materials.

Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment

Ability to develop and deliver programs for all levels of management and team members

Work with the executive team to build a training program to coach and mentor our managers in leadership and management techniques.

Implement training course modules as assigned for team members and management, including presentation and facilitation of training programs and activities.

Deep knowledge of instructional design methodologies, performance strategies, processes and standards

A minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in a teaching/training role

Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques

Experience in server patching, enterprise application monitoring, telephony systems, SQL, and cloud software strongly preferred

Industry certifications are highly desired (Microsoft Certified Professional, MCSA, CompTIA A+, N+, CCNA, VMWare, ITIL, etc)

Must be able to interface directly with users with a wide variety of technical skills in a professional manner.
