Computer and Related Support Technician Jobs

2-3 years previous technical staging experience or related background;

Experience in the gaming industry is an asset;

Proven knowledge of principles, concepts, practices and techniques in the area of specialized electronic gaming device programs, software, and troubleshooting;

Excellent written and verbal communication skills;

Education in appliance service, or a related field is preferred

Related trade experience is an asset (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, welding/fabricating, mover, basic construction, etc.)

Experience working in the foodservice industry is preferred

Excellent customer service and communication skills, accountable and self-driven

Provide technical support to users on-site and remotely

Manage Office 365 and different VPN, active directory, applications

Create and manage access (emails, passwords, phone lines, etc.)

AEC or DEC in computer science and 5 years of relevant experience

Advanced knowledge of Windows, Active Directory and Office 365 environments

Ability to manage your time effectively.

Take full responsibility for the household (in the absence of householder)

Launder your clothes and linens.

Light housekeeping and cleaning duties are required.

Prepare and serve healthy meals.

Cleaning and maintaining facilities and common areas.

Slaughter livestock and remove viscera and other inedible parts from carcasses

Cut meat and poultry into specific cuts for institutional, commercial or other wholesale use

Meat processing and/or packing plant/establishment

2 years’ experience configuring/troubleshooting computer systems and networks in a small or medium sized corporate environment.

Knowledge of computer hardware, network administration, computer troubleshooting, and computer security practices.

Good knowledge of processes around imaging software or hardware, inventory and asset management and change management concepts.

Excellent time management skills to allow prioritization of service requests coming from clients with competing deadlines.

Tracking and registering computers and peripherals into a configuration management database (CMDB).

Implement and enforce PC management standards and policies.

Image computers as per profile requirement.

Assist in the creation of, and maintain up to date procedures and guidelines on how to manage and configure IT equipment.

·May be considered an apprentice or a trainee

· Verbal communication in French
