Compliance Team Lead Jobs in Manitoba

Highly qualified in accounting/IFRS and excellent computer skills with advanced knowledge of MS Office Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, etc.

Liaison/coordination with Global and GCC, including obtaining/providing sub-certifications, testing etc as required.

Strong planning, organizational and analytical skills.

Excellent people and communication skills in English and French (spoken and written)

Lead the control and compliance activities within Sandoz Canada for various functions

Liaison with stakeholders, including CFO, Internal Audit (IA), external Audit and Corporate Financial Controls (CFC)

Demonstrated project management, organization, communication, and presentation skills

Experience with the SOC-2 certification process, for type 1 or type 2 documents

Demonstrated experience and skills in collaboration, teamwork, and problem-solving

4-8 years of experience in a compliance (or similar) role

Experience with a sub-processor listing within the GDPR context

Experience with regulatory framework/law/bodies such as GLBA, FS-ISAC, FSR, NIST, etc

Experience in reporting to management the findings related to audit work that has been conducted

Reporting and discussing results of internal audits with operational management.

Identify opportunities to improve the internal controls and assist management to develop an action plan to reduce the number of deficiencies.

An Accounting degree and Designation or relevant combination of education and experience

Mentor and guide staff, offering support and coaching.

Thorough knowledge of company policy and its application so as to discern if operations are not in compliance.
