Community Family Services Coordinator Jobs in Manitoba

Proven organizational, time management, case management, and crisis management experience related to managing family files.

Toronto School of Management (TSoM)

Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in one of the following areas: Social Work, Psychology, Family Studies, Child Development or Education

Minimum three (3) years of successful experience providing human and /or edu cational ser v ices.

Knowledge of and respect for the diverse culture, families, and religious practices.

Knowledge of communit y services for newcomers to Canada and placement resources in the area.

Experience working in a public accounting firm or law firm an asset

Demonstrated business development skills and enthusiasm about contributing to the growth of the HNW practice

Ability to manage, develop, retain and mentor junior tax professionals

Work on a variety of complex consulting engagements

Ability to identify opportunities with clients and propose solutions that meet the client’s needs

Lead the development of proposals and proposal teams

Excellent time management skills and demonstrated ability to prioritize.

Excellent leadership, organizational and problem-solving skills.

Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication and listening skills.

Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective work partnerships with families, colleagues and service providers of diverse backgrounds, abilities and identities.

Use a variety of strategies to increase community engagement.

Implement strategies to develop and support family engagement and network building.
