The Community Engagement Officer will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to engage local communities, organizations, and stakeholders in the organization’s mission and objectives. This includes developing and implementing outreach strategies, attending community events, and facilitating meetings with local stakeholders. The Community Engagement Officer will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with local media outlets, as well as developing and executing public relations strategies.
