Experience developing and delivering behavioural management interventions.
Competence in the use of standard psychogeriatric assessment tools and behavioural support management approaches.
Experience providing caregiver education, support and counselling relating to caring for a person with responsive behaviours.
Crisis intervention skills, with well-developed problem-solving abilities and interpersonal skills.
Extensive experience in educating clients, caregivers, and key stakeholders on strategies and interventions aimed at addressing responsive behaviours.
