Customer Support: You'll respond to customer inquiries using our playbooks and help them solve challenges related to our platform.

Experience in facilitation of groups and experience in staff training/education, preferred

Specialized sub-acute Care in rehabilitation, mental health services, complex medical management and palliative care

Minimum of three years of experience in developing and implementing behavioural programs and strategies, preferred

Experience working with and providing behaviour therapy services to adults with complex physical and mental health diagnoses, preferred

Experience working with and/or awareness of community agencies an asset

Manage data collection as part of behavioural assessment/behavioural profiling/trending for clients
