Knowledge of procurement practices and experience

Proven experience in a Procurement role

Sound knowledge of Excel & Microsoft Office

To assist with the co-ordination of project related procurement activities across Group.

To ensure that all contract variations are coordinated through procurement and are reconciled prior to appropriate Procurement sign off.

Liaison with the project team to pull together tender pack

Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.

Knowledge of inventory management principles and familiarity with inventory control systems.

Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and regulatory requirements related to procurement and purchasing.

Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within a purchasing or procurement department.

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record keeping.

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with suppliers and internal stakeholders.

Bachelor’s degree in a related field, business management, supply chain, or sourcing preferred

Experience working in Oracle and BuyerQuest

Experience with managing an inbox and requests from the field

Expertise and experience in clearly articulating training and instructions for PO resolution

Demonstrated negotiation and problem-solving skills

Demonstrates excellent written and verbal communication skills
