Supports Educators via internal chat shifts, 1-on-1 support, and Order Support Ambassador program.

Working alongside media buyers to determine net new ad creative ideas

Collaborating with client's customer bases, 3rd party content creators, and influencers to create content

Writing briefs and scripts for creators

Corresponding with creators to give feedback and send product(s)

Communicating with clients over slack, email, and meet/zoom

MuleSoft API management , MuleSoft Anypoint platform, Kubernetes, No SQL DB experience is a plus

Experience working with bug tracking and task management software such as JIRA,

Partner with project management to deliver status and performance updates

Contribute to engineering automation, management or development of production

Minimum of 8+ years of software development experience

Experience with CI/CD principles and tools like Jenkins, Travis

Effective time management, deadline-oriented and multitasking skills.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously with ease in an efficient and deadline-conscious manner.

3–5 years of experience in e-commerce (B2C) graphic design in agency or corporate environments.

Comfortable with UX/UI web language, CMS platforms, paid social media, e-commerce and HTML platforms. Google analytics knowledge is an asset.

A will to learn and initiate best practices with the mindset of always improving the customer experience through content.

Good interpersonal and communication skills to work alongside other creatives (copywriting/translation) and build a strong relationship with e-commerce Content Project Coordinators.
