8 years’ related work experience.

Superior interpersonal and customer service skills.

Immediate knowledge of data center technologies, virtualization, storage, backup, networking, security and all related supporting infrastructure.

Provide a technical and functional expertise on a wide range of strategic, financial, regulatory, safety, and reputational impactful applications.

System Analyst Experience And Skills

Working collaboratively with the IT team to manage stakeholder requests

Regularly update knowledge base and change mgmt. system, as well as document all necessary actions

Degree in Computer Science or other relevant education

7+ years of JDE EnterpriseOne experience configuring, troubleshooting and implementing

5+ years of hands on experience using Microsoft development stack

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time management skills.

Computer Science or Management Information Systems degree or equivalent.

Strong leadership skills in order to take charge of or facilitate requirement gathering sessions.

Expert knowledge of QAD and ERP applications.

Good knowledge of Open Edge platform.

Proven analytical, evaluative, and problem-solving abilities.

Experience with API Management and Integration Platforms (API design, gateways, analytics)

Demonstrated operational and project management skills: results focused, team oriented

Consults with customers to understand business processes and requirements, and applies critical thinking and analysis skills to deliver end-to-end solutions

Manages projects through all phases from planning, design, development, implementation and hand-over to operational support

Develops systems alternatives including work procedure changes, and recommends the most suitable alternative to assist customers in meeting their operational requirements

5+ years of experience in developing and implementing business applications

Demonstrated knowledge of the project management process and the systems development life cycle.

Knowledge of business processes, technologies and applications.

Demonstrated superior skills in data research gathering, modeling, and business and systems analysis.

Participates in local and/or provincial project teams for the development of new processes and systems/tools to enhance OH&S services delivery.

Performs other related duties as assigned.
