Commercial Services Intern Jobs

Must be detail-oriented and have strong organizational and time management skills;

Coordinate with Logistics, Operations and Commercial Services to prepare outage communications, management presentations, and internal governance deliverables;

Communication skills, both written and verbal, along with demonstrated analytical skills are critical;

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain good working relationships with co-workers, supervisors and other internal personnel;

Knowledge of Midstream and Downstream areas in North America;

Strong knowledge of all MS Office tools;

Strong communications and research skills

Good knowledge of Microsoft programs (i.e. Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook)

Develop, coordinate and assist with special sales projects

Contribute to the sales team atmosphere in a positive manner by developing mutually beneficial working relationships with all sales team members

Assist during games and other special events with promotional functions as required, including hosting and visiting customers

Excellent communication skills with strong change management capabilities and able to influence improvements both directly and indirectly

Champion stakeholder engagement and change management by facilitating strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders at all levels

Shift schedule: 5x2 – Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day

Previous coordination, project management or business/marketing intelligence experience an asset

Project management experience or Lean Six Sigma experience preferred

Exceptional analytical, creative, technical project management and interpersonal skills

Detail-oriented and strong organizational and time-management skills

Liaise with Commercial Sales Support team management to identify gaps and create efficiencies

Develop and maintain Contact Centre teams’ management and Call Quality Monitoring trackers
