Clinic Clerical Assistant Jobs in Ontario

Completes performance management, performance reviews and progressive discipline as required

Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate teams

Manages clinic staffing levels for adherence to the staffing model

Previous supervisory experience is an asset

Customer service focus with strong communication skills

Detail oriented with exceptional problem-solving skills

Provide records and asset management support

Provide administrative support such as data entry, minute taking,

Ability to work on your own and in a team environment and enjoy sharing knowledge and ideas with others.

Process inquiries/complaints both in-person, by email, and over the phone using problem-solving skills.

Must possess proficiency computer skills with Microsoft 365 (Teams, Word, Excel, and Outlook).

Previous experience with Kronos, WAM, JDE, GIS based software and Report an Issue would be an asset.

Creating and managing Physician booking, Allied Health grids (calendar management) as required

New referrals processing and information management

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook) is required

Greets patients, visitors and staff, directing them to appropriate personnel and/or destination/room, providing assistance as required

Registers patients, confirming/validating patient demographic, insurance (including OHIP) and other required information as appropriate

Explains hospital/department policy and procedures to patients, visitors and staff as necessary (including infection prevention and control)

Work in the London office 5x a week

Record the files on an excel spreadsheet

Re-box files and send them off to Toronto to be digitized

Must be able to carry 25-30lbs boxes

Must be comfortable working alone

Must have great attention to detail
