Client Onboarding Coordinator Jobs in British Columbia

Provide remote support over the phone to end users on preparing kits for return and advise logistic team to proceed

At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer/patient facing role

Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate

Detail-oriented with strong analytical, and planning skills

Previous nursing/clinical/teaching experience, an advantage

Improve onboarding by capturing user’s feedback on process and product and inform internal team of findings

Strong organization and time management skills

Manage retention rates by setting clear expectations and hiring under tailored parameters

Ensure the successful onboarding of new employees, with a focus on creating a positive experience

Strong people skills and ability to deal with applicants with patience and tact

Ability and desire to embrace and manage change

Good knowledge and proficiency in using computers, in particular Word, Excel and database applications

Strong ability to manage multiple concurrent deadlines, prioritize, and work well under pressure

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Bachelor's/University degree or equivalent experience

Onboard new client relationships and additional members by completing client risk profiles and process relationship updates using Citi onboarding applications

Process account opening or maintenance requests in a timely manner

Liaise with downstream partners until requests are completed and maintain constant communication with banking team partners
