Schedule appointments for various services using Jane, our clinic management software.

Contribute to the overall cleanliness and organization of the clinic environment which includes inventory management.

Proficiency in using computer software and clinic management systems (we use Apple/macOS devices)

Manage incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries with professionalism, empathy and efficiency.

Coordinate and manage the schedules of multiple practitioners to optimize appointment availability.

Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions to stay updated on clinic offerings and procedures.

Strong organizational skills and experience in a fast-paced client care/administrative role

Excellent computer skills - experience with CRMs, GSuite, E-sign is an asset

Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills

Demonstrated ability to manage client expectations

Previous real estate administrative experience is required - must be very familiar with standard real estate forms

Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role

Minimum 3-5 years of related experience required

Previous work experience with African Nova Scotian Communities is preferred

Preferred experience in partnership development, stakeholder collaboration, and community development

Experience working with people living with a chronic condition

In-depth knowledge of local district health authority and community-based services

Well developed interpersonal, teamwork, oral and written communication skills

Facilitation/education skills utilizing adult education, self management supports, and motivational enhancement principles (both individual and group settings)

Experience working with people living with a chronic condition(s)
